Do you need help with your procedures?
Are you planning to return home after hospitalization but don't know how?
The social worker is there to advise, guide and support patients and their families in all kinds of situations.
The social worker also works in collaboration with services outside the medical center, and can support you and help you to better understand certain procedures.
Available daily by appointment and by telephone at the following times:
Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
