Workshop objectives :

Offer a time to experience the relationship between the state of the body and the state of the mind.

While having fun experiencing transformation, participants have the opportunity to unfold their physical presence and nurture their full radiance. By experiencing different sensations, they develop an awareness of their body in movement and of their body as a vector of emotions.

By being aware of our body, we become better able to identify our emotions and thus develop adaptability to life's events, develop a form of empathy and make the choices that correspond to us. Through this work, people can become aware of the tools they need to activate themselves, the energy centers that will enable them to change their outlook or state of being in the world in everyday life.

In a health context, it helps to develop an inquisitive view of one's bodily sensations. This allows us to distance ourselves from our sometimes fragile health, or from symptoms that can be alienating. The notion of health is broadened, giving people a much wider sense of their physical and mental potential.

At the end of the 3 modules, the workshop culminated in March 2019 in the creation of a funny and refreshing show, and created links between people from different backgrounds with a common taste for acting, the stage and the energy of humor.
