If eight out of ten vulnerable people (those aged 65 and over and all adults with co-morbidities) are protected, with an indicative threshold of 500 intensive care beds occupied by covid patients.

> Social contacts: as of June 9, no more bubbles of two close contacts indoors, as you'll be able to welcome four people into your home (children under 12 don't count). > Horeca indoors: - the Horeca sector reopens its indoor infrastructures between 8am and 10pm, allowing up to 4 people per table or one fireplace per table, with a distance of 1.5m between tables.

> Outdoor catering: the closing time for outdoor catering has been extended from 10:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The rules relating to tables remain unchanged: 4 people or one household per table, 1.5 m between tables.

> Indoor events: up to 200 people or 75% of room capacity, seated audience, masks and safety distances.

> Outdoor events: a maximum of 400 people will be authorized, with the obligation to wear a mask and respect physical distance.

> Youth activities, youth camps, club life and organized activities for over-18s: maximum 50 people (indoors and outdoors), no overnight stays. Pre-testing is strongly recommended.

> Teleworking: teleworking remains compulsory, with one return visit per week. Maximum 20% of employees present at the same time (or maximum 5 in SMEs with fewer than 10 employees). Testing is strongly recommended.

> Non-professional sports activities for up to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors (excluding contact sports).

> Youth activities and camps : up to 50 people, without overnight stay. Pre-testing is strongly recommended.

> Parties and receptions for up to 50 people indoors. For the rest, the rules laid down for Horeca apply.

> Worship services, weddings and funerals for up to 100 people indoors and 200 outdoors. If the room capacity follows CIRM principles, the rules set for events apply.

> Non-professional fairs, brocantes and flea markets are once again authorized. The organization follows the same principles as for markets.

> Fitness centers reopen with ventilation protocols and the compulsory use of an air quality meter in a visible location.

> Public saunas, jacuzzis, hammams and steam baths can reopen.

> Cinemas, bowling alleys, arcades, casinos and betting agencies reopen with ventilation protocols. The same applies to indoor activities in nature parks, wildlife parks, indoor playgrounds, indoor leisure facilities, tropical pools, casinos, betting agencies, arcades, unmanned solariums and bowling alleys.

> Door-to-door sales are once again authorized, as are sex workers.

> Events of up to 100 people, following a pre-defined route, are authorized.

> The ministerial decree, together with the relevant sectoral protocols, will lay down the minimum rules.

> Horeca: rules for indoor and outdoor Horeca will continue to evolve over the summer months. The Concertation Committee will set these rules.

> Telecommuting is no longer compulsory, but is still recommended, as is regular testing.

> End ofshopping restrictions.

> Unrestricted non-professional sports practice.

> Events (e.g. cultural performances, shows or sports competitions) can take place :

>>> Indoors up to 2000 people or 80% of room capacity (CIRM), seated public, wearing masks and respecting safety distances.

>>> Outdoors : up to 2,500 people, wearing a mask and respecting safety distances.

>Youth activities and camps: up to 100 people, with overnight stay. Pre-testing is strongly recommended.

> Worship services, weddings and funerals for up to 200 people indoors or 400 outdoors.

> Parties and receptions for up to 100 people indoors. Outside, the same rules apply as for the hotel and catering trade.

> Indoor events: venues will be able to accommodate 100% of their capacity, up to a maximum of 3,000 people. People must be masked and respect physical distance.

>Outdoor events: 5,000 people maximum. From August 13 for larger events : over 5,000 people if visitors present proof of either a 1st dose of vaccine, a negative PCR test or pass an antigenic test on site with a negative result, in the form of the "Covid Safety Ticket". These arrangements apply only to mass events and not to other sectors or activities, and are planned to run until September 30, 2021.

> Youth activities, youth camps, club activities and activities for over-18s: maximum 100 people (indoors and outdoors), with overnight stays possible. Ditto for clubs, associative life and activities organized for over-18s).

> Worship services, weddings, funerals: maximum 200 people indoors and maximum 400 outdoors, in accordance with protocol. Receptions organized by professionals are classified as Horeca.

> Non-professional markets, fairs, flea markets and jumble sales : end of restrictions

> Trade fairs : reopening according to event sector procedures

> Indoor party and reception room : maximum 250 people, with the same rules as the Horeca.
