Activity schedule

Some of our activities are continuing this summer, for example:

  • walks
    • July 1, 15, 29, 10 to 12 a.m.
    • August 5-19-26, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Memory workshop from 10 to 11 a.m.
    • July 2, 16
    • August 6, 13, 20, 27
  • Senior gym classes
    • gentle gym from 10 to 11 a.m.
    • active senior gym from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Monday activities from 1:30 to 4pm Creative workshop and board games
  • recreation centers

Other activities will resume in September, such as yoga and the "maisons médicales font leur cinéma" workshops.

But other initiatives such as a " discovery of mind fulness" module will appear in September (September 13-23 and October 4-11-18 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.), and we're sure to come up with new ones.
