IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, the following services are there to help you:

In case of medical emergency, call 112 (ambulance and fire department).
EXCEPT if you think you have the coronavirus, call 1710.
For emergencies requiring protection, call 101 (police).
For suicidal thoughts, call the Centre de prévention du suicide on 0800 32 123.
In the event of sexual violence, go to the nearest Sexual Violence Center (Brussels: CHU Saint-Pierre, rue Haute 320) or to your local hospital emergency department.

If you're worried about violent behavior towards your partner or children, contact the professionals at Praxis.

If you are aware of child abuse (serious neglect, psychological, physical or sexual abuse), call your local SOS Enfant team or the Ecoute-Enfants hotline on 103 (10 a.m. to midnight, 7 days a week).

If you have been a victim of sexual violence, call SOS Viol on 0800 98 100 (for adults and teenagers) or send a message via the CPVS chat service (see opening hours on the website).

If you're a parent feeling burnt out, call SOS Parents on 0471 414 333 (7 days a week, 8am to 8pm).

If you need to talk, call Télé-Accueil on 107.

Do you need advice on how to support drug users, or are you suffering from addiction yourself? Call 02 227 52 52, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 22:00, Saturday 10:00 to 14:00.

If you are experiencing mental stress, contact one of our mental health services during office hours. From 6 to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends, call 02 501 01 27 /28/29. As a first-line responder to the covid-19 pandemic, you can also consult the Ligue francophone de santé mentale website.
