YOGA The next yoga initiation module starts on Monday March 6 at 6.30pm. For 1 hour, come and take care of yourself, moving gently while listening to your body and breathing. Classes open to all, sporty or not. Yoga relaxes the body to calm the mind, and perhaps lead to meditation. Each participant does what his or her body allows him or her to do; there's no question of following the rhythm of others or doing everything the same as the next person. Our yoga teacher Patricia will guide you at your own pace.
